Hi, Jenny - just did the video for the first time (specifically the warm-up, abs & back section, and the rough day revitalizer). I enjoyed the video - the only suggestion I would make is to perhaps speak a bit more slowly, and to allow a few more moments in between exercises for things like repositioning the towel and what-not. Thanks!
