Share "Your Story" with everyone. Healing can come from hearing someone else's experiences. Members will be able to read and vote for which ones they like best. Then Jenny from New Dawn Pilates� will decide on one to place as the "Story Of The Week" Since this is a site for people with Pelvic Pain searching for exercise solutions, try and make some portion of your story pertain to exercise and health. What Pelvic Pain Disorder are you suffering from? How long have you had it? How has it neagtively affected you? What still gives you hope? What goals do you have? How does exercise play into your life? What's one thing you can't do now, that you wish you could do (anything from eating pickles to being sexually intimate with your partner without excruciating pain)? Or anything else inspirational that explains how you make it through life with Pelvic Pain. These stories are very brief biographies about your experience with Pelvic Pain. They are best when kept pithy (short, direct, and memorable).

1st IC AND CHRONIC BLADDER PAIN MINI CONFERENCE in WEST PLAINS, MO

Saturday, Nov. 1, 12:00-3:00pm at Central Calvary Baptist Church, 4607 CC Hwy in West Plains

Please bring an IC safe snack to share. Meet other patients in Missouri and Arkansas.

Odilia Egbers, pelvic pain physical therapist, will share the benefits of pelvic PT etc.

Review many of the available books and materials for IC and chronic bladder pain.

Have the opportunity to help with a research study for IC patients.
