There’s never been a better time to put self-care at the top of your To-Do list, and attending one of our regular women’s wellness weekends is a great way to do just that! 

Most women were already juggling more balls than was realistic – then along came the pandemic and our stress levels have surged to levels that are dangerous to our health, happiness and wellbeing. 

Why is Self-Care So Important for Women? 

In order to properly look after everyone else, you must make sure that YOU are looked after first – it’s the old ‘put on your own oxygen mask first, before helping others’.  Despite most of us knowing this is true, it’s still difficult to find a way to take time out of our lives, put the phone down and just breathe – there’s always someone still needing us to do something and it’s hard to say no.

 

The best way to take time out for ourselves is to schedule it in, and to go away to somewhere different …

 

That’s where a retreat for women, run by women, can take your wellness journey to the next level.  Our women’s wellness weekends are a chance for you to rest, recharge and reconnect to yourself, your surroundings, and other like-minded women.

 

New Dawn hosts Women’s Wellness Retreats

 

Here, at New Dawn Pilates, we conduct regular women’s wellness weekends, to help you press pause on life and enhance your health. Each one is slightly different but includes accommodation and meals in a beautiful, relaxing and scenic environment. 

 

Depending on which retreat you decide to come along to, you may get to be involved in activities such as:

Our weekend women’s retreats are held in various locations - ranging from Coochiemudlo Island right here in the Redlands, to the Gold and Sunshine Coasts.

Looking for something a little longer in duration? We also conduct occasional women’s retreats in exciting destinations such as Koh Samui in Thailand!

Don’t have a whole weekend to spare? That’s okay, we regularly host mini-retreats at our Redlands yoga and pilates studio!
