Journey to Inner Peace is a guided 3-hour meditation experience designed to help you move out of overwhelm and into calm, clarity, and presence — in a way that feels simple, supportive, and accessible (even if you’ve never meditated before).
You’ll be gently guided through:
A heart-opening cacao ceremony
Meditation and breathwork practices
Nervous system calming techniques
Simple tools you can use in everyday life
A relaxed morning tea to integrate and ground
This is not about doing it “right.”
It’s about learning how to actually slow down, soften, and come back to yourself.
You’ll leave feeling more grounded, lighter, and more connected to yourself — with practical tools to support your daily life beyond the workshop.
