Our weekly timetable offers a variety of classes to suit everybody and every lifestyle:

  • Tuesdays 5:45 pm – Stretch & Strength Pilates & Yoga

  • Wednesdays 6:30 am – Mat Pilates

  • Wednesdays 7:30 am – Hatha Flow Yoga

  • Thursdays 9:30 am – Slow Flow Yoga and Meditation

Classes start from 11 September 2025.

All classes held at Point Talburpin Community Hall (29–31 McWilliam Street, Redland Bay 4165)
