New Dawn Pilates and Yoga is just an easy ten-minute drive, and we have SO much we’d love to share with you on your health and well-being journey!

We get it; it can be a little daunting taking those first steps towards your fitness goals, or starting with a new studio. But our team is passionate about meeting each and every person who walks through the door, and providing support as you work towards creating a healthier, happier YOU.

While we have the mat pilates, reformer pilates, yoga and meditation sessions you’d expect - we also have a range of allied activities such as reiki, Indian head massage, women’s retreats, and free monthly events with guest speakers on health topics? Your holistic health is our top priority, and everyone is welcome in our vibrant, friendly local community!

  3. Bubs welcome. How hard is it to exercise when you’re a new mum?! At New Dawn, it’s important for us to support mums and babies during those early months, and we do this through our Mums and Bubs Yoga & Sensory Group. This unique 10-week program includes yoga to assist with that post-natal recovery, baby massage, guest speakers, and a range of activities to enhance bubs’ sensory and language development skills while mums connect and have fun.

  4. The New Dawn difference. I’m Dawn, and it was my own experience rehabilitating a back injury through pilates, while overcoming significant depression and anxiety, that led me to creating New Dawn. My expert team and I feel blessed to work with our beautiful clients every day, helping them improve their lifestyle through better self-care, mindfulness, and fitness. I’m constantly working on my own body and mind too, and am proudly now a certified menopause coach, trained and qualified to support women suffering through menopause (check out our Menopause programs!).

  5. A wide selection of classes and times. Everyone deserves the opportunity to increase their health and well-being, so we offer pilates and yoga classes to suit every fitness level, with morning and evening options. Check out our latest timetable.
