The day will include a gentle, balanced blend of:

  • Yoga and mindful movement

  • Guided meditation and breathwork

  • Sound healing and deep rest

  • Simple, reflective practices and workshops

All sessions are designed to:

  • reduce stress and nervous system overload

  • help you reconnect with your body safely and intuitively

No experience is needed.

Practices are adaptable and guided with care.
